My partner HoBo⬀ and I form a very original and fun duo. Holger “HoBo” Daub⬀ plays harmonica, and although his roots are in blues, we explore different styles that give our show great variety.
HoBo⬀ is a Hamburg-based musician fully dedicated to his craft. He built his career as a harmonica player, living from gig to gig on the road, as is typical in this musical tradition. He has been part of many bands, mostly around blues, and has played in numerous venues and festivals. He has also worked for many years as a representative of the Hohner harmonica brand.

HoBo⬀ was born in Hamburg. He built his career as a harmonica player, moving from gig to gig in the traditional blues circuit, performing in many venues and festivals. He also worked for many years as a representative of the Hohner harmonica brand.
Our music is mainly based on my compositions. Since many of my songs have a flamenco feel, mixing them with harmonica creates a very interesting fusion. We also include other styles such as funk, bolero, bossa nova, etc. And we play blues and rock covers that showcase HoBo’s specialty.
All of this is combined with a very natural, entertaining stage performance where we talk to each other and the audience and joke around as part of a lively show.
